About Natasha

Natasha Skibola was born in Etobicoke, Ontario and began her first life journey as a member of the Canadian Armed Forces where she served across Canada, in the high north and overseas for 12 years. Having a strong desire for self-development, she left the Forces and pursued her goal of attaining a Bachelor’s degree in International Studies and Modern languages.

Upon completion of her B.A., Natasha joined the Federal Public Service and returned to her first love – the military, where she had learned and discovered many years before about her inner strengths, her self worth and that with self-discipline came the possibility and responsibility of change. She occupied numerous positions within the National Defence Headquarters in Ottawa.

Always looking for new opportunities and challenges to exploit her maximum potential and the potential of others – and with her strong commitment to service, she has allowed herself to fully embrace the principles and tools of Neuro-Linguistic-Programming (NLP). These principles and tools, combined with her extensive leadership skills, have enabled her to use them to great effect in her coaching business. Natasha’s clients credit her success with a unique ability to understand the issues that ail them and offer successful new strategies to improve their health, happiness and wealth.

Natasha offers a wide variety of metaphysical and self-empowerment services to clients in both individual and group settings, ranging from individual coaching to small group training seminars. Natasha is a board certified Trainer and Master Practitioner of NLP, Time Line Therapy® and Hypnotherapy.
